More camping pictures

 This red bird stayed in the trees at our campsite all weekend long. 

We saw several deer. 

Avery cracks me up!  She picked out 2 mini marshmallows to roast. 


We started to notice that the wind was picking up.  Freddie checked the weather on his phone.  There was a huge storm headed directly for us.  Huge as in 60-70 mph winds and lots of lightning.  We decided that it was time to pack up and head home.  Lightning storm and tent didn't sound fun.  Freddie said he thought we had about 20 minutes to pack up before the storm hit the State Park.  We completely disassembled our tent and packed up the entire campsite in about 15 1/2 minutes.  It rained on us as we were driving home.  Whew!  Safe and sound at home.
 
 
 
 

We also did some swimming at the State Park, it was too hot not so go to the pool!
