Busy, busy weekend

Football games, racing, and church activities filled our weekend.  It was a really busy, but fun weekend.  Freddie and Luke raced this weekend. 

See link for pictures from the website.  Freddie ended up winning the race this weekend.  It was a nice way to end a busy Saturday.

Luke invited Tate to go with us and we gave him a hard time and said that he is our official good luck charm.  Luke had a good day of racing too and won his first round, but had trouble with the tree and red-light in the next rounds.  He really wants to have a good reaction time, so he is pretty aggresive on the starting line.  During time trials, his car ran a 12.69 and a 12.75.  At his age bracket, he isn't supposed to go faster than 12.90.  So, Freddie had to add some weight to his car to slow him down.  The next round he went a 12.93.
