The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

I love living in Texas. I love the summer. I have never enjoyed cold weather. But this summer, wow! It has been so hot, even too hot to go to the pool. I think it has been one of the hottest on record. Lucky us ;)


The Bad - Giant cracks in our yard - yes that is almost 30 inches deep


And 2 inches wide

The Ugly - it is impossible to water 2 1/2 acres.

So we are just trying to keep the trees and the rose bushes alive.  The rest looks like this.  Avery tripped and felt because her foot got stuck in a crack.  It is that bad :(Posted by Picasa
