Questions about Santa

At our house, Santa doesn't leave wrapped gifts. Toys and books are place under the tree without all the extra work of wrapping gifts. Santa even takes these toys out of the packages which allows easier access and less work for mom and dad at 6 am when the kids get up Christmas morning.

But this creates a lot of packaging to dispose of....

So Luke was helping Freddie load the truck to go to Grandma's for Christmas lunch and he spies all the packages and trash in Freddie's truck (dumpsters are all full) and the following conversation

Luke: Dad, did Santa dump all that trash in your truck??

Freddie: Yes son, Santa doesn't have room at the North Pole or in his sleigh for all the packaging, he trusts mom and dad to take care of it for him.

Luke: Oh, ok. (and shrugs his sholder)
